Please allow a minimum of 30 days for Exterior Change Application Forms (ECO) to be approved and processed.
NO WORK can begin until ECO is approved by the Association and receipt of written approval letter is received.

Association Approval Letter is required to obtain permits from Township.

***PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the homeowners to check with Community Development, Construction Department or Code Enforcement Departments in Bordentown Township PRIOR TO ANY/ALL exterior changes being started to obtain proper permits and a copy of the permit must be sent to the Management Office for your file. 

Bordentown Township is strictly enforcing the requirements for permits within the Township and inspectors will cite residents within the community for noncompliance.
